Property Management is now a service provided by Paramount Properties Llc, at the same address as Beringer Realty Llc. Headed up by CJ Hodges and her team of assistants. The admin fee of $100.00 is due at signing and will cover the cost of the credit check and the initial web exposure to get your home occupied fast! Some of the sites where you will find your rental listed will be findingmyroof.com, militarybyowner.com, AHRN.com, Google Base, Trulia, Oodle,local.com, aolrealestate.com, cyberhomes and Zillow. Others will be added and some will rotate. A fee of only 9% of the monthly rent will ensure that you have a property management team in place that will not only collect the rent for you, but make sure that your tenant has renter's insurance, that your home is being taken care of quickly when maintenance issues arise and that your tenant and you can count on day or night.
